Referring your patient for imaging is easy

For convenience, we recommend using our secure online referral portal. All information submitted using the referral portal is encrypted and secure.

Simply click the link on the right, fill in our online referral form and submit.

Alternatively, you can refer your patient by:

• Emailing your request to info@erringtonassociates.com
   
• Or, by faxing our downloadable referral form to 0131 467 1900
   

Shortly after submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email. Our Client Services team will then contact your patient directly to arrange a suitable date and time for their appointment.
 

Alleviating patient anxiety

If you are referring a patient who is very anxious or concerned about their scan, we are happy to arrange for them to visit our imaging department before their appointment to familiarise themselves with the surroundings, equipment and staff.
